Cycling Apparel Tips: How to Dress in Layers

What to Wear When you Ride a Bike at any Temperature - Layering Clothing
Layering Means Comfort. The goal is to keep your body at a steady temperature while you work out without sweating too much or allowing your muscles, hands, feet, and body to get too cold.
Practice layering your clothing to stay warm during your warm-up, and cool enough once your real riding begins. You will also want to take off layers before climbing steeply or add layers before descending and as you cool down after your ride.
*Know Your Clothing*
TIP: Practice with your clothing, get to know your clothing and what works best for you in differing climates. Buy Quality, wear quality, ride quality.
